Fees
Our fees are comparable to those of other Oklahoma licensed therapists with similar experience and credentials. Since payments may change based on the market and insurance reimbursement rates, we have refrained from posting specific fees here. In general, fees are based on the length of service, the number of participants in a session, and insurance reimbursement, among other factors. Check your insurance plan for specific and updated information regarding your benefits and the fees you must pay. Don't hesitate to get in touch with the office.
Most Health Insurance Plans are Accepted
We accept Medicaid/Soonercare, Insure Oklahoma, Medicare, Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Magellan, Humana, and EAPs. Please call for an updated list of health plans accepted.
All payments are due in full at the time service is provided. Cash, CashApp, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, and PayPal are processed and accepted. Noncash payments are subject to a service charge.
Review the FAQ section for details on information you need to know from your insurance plan before you begin counseling; this information does not apply to EAP and Medicaid clients.
Additional Service Fees
There is a per hour charge for testimony, court appearances, preparation of written documentation, meetings, and phone consultations for legal proceedings initiated by you or others related to your case.
Court Appearances and/or Legal Proceedings
Any letters, reports, or documentation requested will result in a per-hour charge. These services are only granted with the client’s signed consent to release information and/or a judge’s subpoena.
Document Reproduction and/or Transcription of Clinical Notes
Sliding Scale for Financial Hardship
In rare situations, we may grant reduced fees for counseling services at our discretion. Please get in touch with us for details.
Cancellation Policy
Understanding that the psychotherapist has reserved the time especially for you, please be respectful and call 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. Therapy sessions not cancelled in advance and not due to a sudden medical emergency will be charged to the client as a regular session fee. If you utilize health insurance, please be advised that most health insurance companies will not reimburse this expense, which will be the client’s responsibility.
